1 Clean the glued surfaces thoroughly from dust, grease, grease, rust and other contaminants that may reduce adhesion.

2 Cut off the tip of the cartridge and attach the dispensing spout.

3 Apply the glue in spots or parallel vertical strips on one of the surfaces to be glued, then press firmly.

4 If necessary, tap with a rubber hammer, leaving a ventilation gap of 2-3 mm to ensure the supply of moisture necessary for the glue to harden.

5 You can position the glued elements without tearing them off for about 10 minutes from the moment of applying the glue.

6 If the elements are under tension or are particularly heavy, immobilise them until the glue fully hardens.

Before hardening (2-3 mm/24 hours, at 23°C), do not load the glued connection with external forces.

The full strength of bond is obtained after approx. 24-48 hours (time depends on the thickness of the applied layer and weather conditions).

Clean contaminated tools and fresh stains with gasoline.

Remove dried dirt with an appropriate implement.

Once the joint is completely dry, you can paint (additional information in the technical data sheet).

The paint used should create a flexible coating, otherwise it will crack when the glue joint moves.

We recommend carrying out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test each time.
