APPLICATION:
Product designed for gluing skirting boards, angles, quarter rounds, thresholds, decorative elements, wood coffers and other wood-like materials as well as mineral wool.
For sticking to all standard substrates used in construction, i.e. cement, cement-lime, screeds, self-leveling masses with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, chipboards and chaff boards.
For indoor use.
The substrate must be absorbent and porous.
It does not stick to plastic: PP, PE, PTFE.
Find out how to take advantage
- 1 The glued surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned, dusted and degreased.
- 2 Fit the surfaces together as best as possible.
- 3 Remove any fragments which are loose and affect adhesion.
- 4 Cut off the tip and insert the dosing nozzle.
- 5 Apply in spots or stripes on the substrate or glued element.
- 6 The layer of adhesive should be 3-4 mm thick.
- 7 Bond the glued elements, then press firmly and evenly.
- 8 Glued parts can be positioned without tearing off by approximately 15 min from the application of glue.
- 9 If the elements are under tension or are particularly heavy, immobilise them until the glue fully hardens.
- 10 After completing the work, close tightly the packaging with glue.
- Carry out work at temperature (10÷30)°C.
- At least one of the glued surfaces must be porous and absorbent.
- Before applying, check the action of the adhesive on the glued elements.
- Clean dirty tools and remove fresh stains with warm water.
- Dried glue can only be removed physically with a suitable implement.
- The full strength of bond is obtained after approx. 24 h.
