Two-component, professional, super-resistant epoxy adhesive that creates a strong and hard joint. It is characterized by excellent adhesion and the obtained joint is resistant to abrasion and water. After hardening, it can be processed (drilled, ground, threaded, etc.).

APPLICATION: Designed for gluing: metal ceramics porcelain rock minerals concrete elements styrofoam synthetic materials (e.g. laminates, polyester plastics, bakelite) It does not stick to plastic: PP, PE, PTFE. Useful when repairing taps and sanitary devices and fittings, jewellery and ornament repair, fitting handles to windows, pasting up adverts, signs, panels etc.

Find out how to take advantage

  • 1 Clean the glued surfaces carefully, dust and degrease with acetone.
  • 2 Clean away any remnants of earlier painting.
  • 3 Rub the glued elements with sandpaper, then dust.
  • 4 Squeeze equal amounts of each component (A and B) from the tubes.
  • 5 Mix the components together thoroughly until a uniform mass is achieved.
  • 6 Apply the glue in spots or an even line on one of the surfaces to be joined and then press the surfaces together hard.
  • 7 The binding can be accelerated by heating the connection with warm air.
  • 8 After completing the work, close tightly the packaging with glue.
  • arrow-right Before applying, check the action of the adhesive on the glued elements.
  • arrow-right Use at a temperature above +5°C
  • arrow-right The temperature range of works concerns the temperature of air, substrate and glued elements.
  • arrow-right At a temperature of 20°C the glue binds within 1 h.
  • arrow-right The wood to be glued should be dry, with a moisture content from (8÷12)%.
  • arrow-right The full strength of bond is obtained after approx. 24 h.
  • arrow-right The bond may be further processed after 24 h.
  • arrow-right Clean dirty tools and fresh stains with White Spirit.
  • arrow-right Remove dried dirt with an appropriate implement.

Security
  • Proceed in accordance with the method of use and notes on the packaging.
  • The adhesive is not a construction adhesive, it is not intended to carry significant stresses.
  • During and after the works, the room must be intensively ventilated until the characteristic odor disappears.
  • It is not intended for use on surfaces that come into direct contact with food.

  • Transport and store at temp. (5÷30)°C
