APPLICATION:
The product is intended mainly for bonding metals and metals with other materials, i.e.:
hard plastics ,
ceramics and porcelain ,
glass ,
jewelry ,
wood .
Especially recommended in industrial production and assembly, as well as for the repair of household appliances and everyday items.
Find out how to take advantage
- 1 Remove the syringe from the package, press and pull the protective cap to open the adhesive.
- 2 Depress the plunger and expel equal amounts of resin and hardener from the syringe onto a clean, disposable surface for thorough mixing.
- 3 Mix the components together thoroughly until a uniform mass is achieved.
- 4 Apply a thin layer of glue on both surfaces to be bonded.
- 5 Bond the glued elements, then press firmly and evenly.
- The surface to be repaired must be clean, dry and degreased.
- Before applying, check the action of the adhesive on the glued elements.
- The wood to be glued should be dry, with a moisture content from (8÷12)%.
- Carry out work at temperature (10÷30)°C.
- At a temperature of 20°C the glue binds within 4-6 min.
- The full strength of bond is obtained after approx. 12 h.
- Clean dirty tools and remove fresh stains with xylene.
- Remove dried dirt with an appropriate implement.
- To close the package tightly, clean the tip and replace the protective cap firmly.
- Polishing, grinding and other further work should be carried out after the adhesive has completely hardened.

Security
- Not suitable for bonding flexible or soft materials as well as PP, PE and PTFE.
- Proceed in accordance with the method of use and notes on the packaging.
- The product is not intended for use on surfaces in direct contact with food.
- During and after the works, the room must be intensively ventilated until the characteristic odor disappears.
- The adhesive is not a construction adhesive, it is not intended to carry significant stresses.
Storage and transport
- Protect against sunlight.
- Transport and store at temp. (5÷30) °C.
