Professional, one-component adhesive with the highest water resistance of the joint in class D4 according to EN 204. It is great for gluing even wet wood. It hardens by reacting with moisture in wood and air.

Find out how to take advantage

  • 1 Clean the glued surfaces carefully, dust and degrease with acetone.
  • 2 Clean away any remnants of earlier painting.
  • 3 Fit the surfaces together as best as possible.
  • 4 Apply the glue to both surfaces to be joined.
  • 5 If there is no need to glue the whole surface, apply the glue in stripes spaced approximately 100 mm.
  • 6 Apply the stripes to the edges of the surface being glued.
  • 7 The glue stripes should have a diameter of (5÷10) mm.
  • 8 The amount of glue used must be sufficient for both surfaces.
  • 9 Press the glued parts together firmly and evenly.
  • 10 Remove any excess glue.
  • 11 Leave under a weight or clamp until the adhesive bond has set.
  • 12 After completing the work, close tightly the packaging with glue.
  • arrow-right Before applying, check the action of the adhesive on the glued elements.
  • arrow-right Carry out work at temperature (5÷40)°C.
  • arrow-right The temperature range of works concerns the temperature of air, substrate and glued elements.
  • arrow-right The relative humidity of the air should be from (50÷70)%
  • arrow-right The full strength of bond is obtained after approx. 24 h.
  • arrow-right Clean dirty tools and fresh stains with acetone.
  • arrow-right Remove dried dirt with an appropriate implement.

  • Proceed in accordance with the method of use and notes on the packaging.
  • During and after the works, the room must be intensively ventilated until the characteristic odor disappears.
Storage and transport
  • Transport and store at temp. (15÷30) °C.
  • Frozen glue loses its properties permanently.
